My work is grounded in my responsibility as a Nuxalkmc person. I create with the teachings, stories, and strength of my people before me and beside me, carrying our art in a good way so it can continue forward.
At the same time, my practice is shaped by a deep passion for northwest coast design, and cultural expression. Every piece is created with intention, guided by spirit and storytelling. It is made to honour tradition while bringing each unique vision to life.
With over a decade of experience in traditional and contemporary carving, I bring deep cultural knowledge and technical skill to every piece I create. Each carving is shaped with intention, precision, and respect for form, resulting in work that carries both artistic integrity and cultural meaning. My commitment to quality ensures every piece is crafted to the highest standard.
My jewellery is created through a careful blend of traditional techniques and modern craftsmanship. I work closely with clients to understand the story, symbolism, and style they want reflected in their piece. From there, we develop a tailored design approach and bring each concept to life with meticulous detail, ensuring every finished piece is both meaningful and beautifully executed.
